Shipping policy
We aim to have your order picked, packed and dispatched as quickly as possible, within 1-3 business days.
Once an order is placed we are no longer able to cancel or edit the order. Please verify that your information is correct before completing your order.
Processing times do not include weekends or Canadian public holidays. Orders made on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the following business day. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and a tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched. For any inquiries about your order, tracking, delivery or product, please contact us using our contact form. We are not responsible for packages stolen from doorsteps or late delivery. Shipping carriers are sometimes delayed and Valian Apparel does not take responsibility for late delivery times and will not issue a shipping refund.
Customs duty is a tax that is determined by the customs authority of your country based on product type, value, weight and dimensions. Customs duty is established by your customs authority. Duty, tariffs and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. If you are required to pay duties or taxes, you must pay this to the shipping carrier prior to receiving the package.
